On behalf of our Client, an independent London based macroeconomic and political forecasting company, we are looking for

Executive Assistant
/Remote Work/
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and dynamic company and to be a part of something special as the company accelerates its growth path. The role is a key one and you are expected to support the company`s Directors and to organise and help manage a number of different tasks: from posting on social media and managing Mailchimp audiences, to diary and expense management. We are looking for a professional who has the confidence and ability to conquer the challenges instead of avoiding them and who can take ownership of all the assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:
Managing diary for senior executives
Making travel arrangements for business trips
Managing Salesforce CRM database and creating reports
Liaising with media as part of company`s PR initiatives
Creating and managing social media posts and campaigns
Managing MailChimp audiences and landing pages
Improving company`s reporting of KPIs in digital marketing (e.g., reporting in Google Analytics)
Reconciling Xero accounts
Creating invoices, monitoring payments, managing expenses

Requirements:
Experience working with senior executives, managing their hectic schedules and pre-empting their needs
A good working knowledge of Excel
Experience using social media platforms for advertising: LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
Experience of working with Google Analytics
Fluent English
Relevant university degree
Ability to work accurately and to tight and changing deadlines
Happy working alone with loads of initiative and attention to detail
Cheerful and positive outlook and a great team player

A great plus would be:
an experience of Salesforce CRM
an interest in economics and financial markets
