Our current client is a Bulgarian IT start-up company who is building its local team. On their behalf, we are currently looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist with English who would be willing to join and help them grow on a local level. If you are curious about this exciting opportunity, then this might be the chance you have been waiting for!

Responsibilities:

- Monitor numerous systems
- Provide basic B2B and in-house technical support via email/ticketing platform
- Participate in functionality tests & new application introductions
- Creating reports at the request of the line manager
- Consult our clients about the specifications of the companys products
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support

Requirements:

- Decent PC literacy - MS Office, a basic understanding of website components and frontend/backend structure
- Ability to multitask, experience with Alarm and Monitoring services is a plus
- Ability to work in an already-defined style
- Very good command of English (B1-C1)
