For one of our trusted clients - a world leader in railway transport systems and digital mobility solutions, we are looking for motivated and ambitious person to join their team as a Contract Manager for strategic project with significance on national level.Key responsibilities:
• Provide contractual assistance for all departments that are implicated in accomplishment of the contracts.
• Identify the strenghts and weakness of the contracts with the Customers.
• Issues and updates whenever necessary Contracts Summary for use by the Project team.
• Issues and manages contract management processes and procedures related to Customer relationships.
• Drafts, when needed, the periodic report to be submitted to the Customer.
• Manages the modification proposals and variation orders submitted or received from the customer or partners (including the consolidation of all the information received from the departments involved).
• Prepares with the Legal Consultant the amendments to the Contracts.
Requirements:
• University degree, technical field preferred
• Experience in project management.(min.2 years)
• English language: very good
• Advanced knowledge of work with PC: Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in this activity and knowledge of Bulgarian legislation is an asset.
