Our client is TESY, a leading producer of innovative home appliances (water and solar water heaters and electric heating appliances) with export to more than 54 countries around the world. Their success throughout the years is based on their international teams of young, intelligent and ambitious professionals, who make the dreams come true.

Currently, they are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to develop further one new production division in the role of a Production Manager Heat Pumps at the production site in Shumen.

Main responsibilities:

• Organizes and supervise workflow to meet production plans;
• Develops and implements the lean production management principles;
• Monitors the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
• Manages productivity rates and takes corresponding measures when needed;
• Collaborates with the other key departments in the corresponding business unit in order to insure the smooth operation of the technical equipment;
• Ensure that customer orders are completed on time in full and that the quality standards are met;
• Prepares and controls the annual budget for his/her function;
• Ensures that health and safety regulations are met, and the company guidelines are followed;
• Supervises a team of production workers, technicians and engineers.

Requirements:
• University degree in engineering or other relevant to the position;
• At least 5-7 years of a production experience, 3 of which are on a managerial role;
• Previous experience in the area of Refrigeration or Heat Pumps will be considered an advantage.
• Language skills: fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Computer skills – MS Office. I
• Well-developed communication and inter-personal skills:
• Well-developed leadership skills and ability to motivate others;
• Very good planning and organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask;
