We assist people in their quest for the right career opportunity.We are looking for a Procurement specialist for one of our clients an international manufacturing company in Bulgaria and abroad, with an office in Plovdiv area, Bulgaria.
Daily responsibilities:
• Manage the process of preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual reports of Procurement dept. incl. budgeting;
• Ensure continuous operation of the production facilities through providing and maintaining the necessary materials and services;
• Organize and participate in tenders and negotiate terms of purchases & services
• Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of procurement statistical data and provision
• Working with SAP database of materials, suppliers, contracts and purchase requests;
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and work closely with technical & production staff
• Participation in purchasing-related projects.
Ideally, your skills will include:
• Previous experience in the Procurement area
• University technical or economic degree
• High level of English
• Excellent MS Office skills and good knowledge of SAP
• Procurement and Category knowledgе
