Your main responsibilities are:

• Production planning and management in combination with the management body on site and in Germany, responsibility for compliance with quality standards, cost planning and deadlines;
• Preparation for the investment decisions, also in terms of improving the availability of the production base;
• Internal processing of complaints, including analysis of the problem, in order to take measures for future improvement;
• Analysis of production processes as well as definition of projects for improvement and responsibility for internal coordination and implementation;
• Communication with other departments in the company in order to better start, as well as ensure the transfer and development of knowledge and processes;
• Management of the units of production, construction / planning and machining;
• Planning, structuring, compiling and optimizing workflow and production systems;
• Development, and introduction of new structures in the field of industry;
• Continuous qualification of workers

Requirements for the position:

• Higher technical education
• Many years of professional and managerial experience in a manufacturing plant, at best in the field of metalworking;
• Knowledge in the organization and improvement of production processes as well as the production procedure, incl. CNC machining;
• Very good knowledge of German or English;
• Further development of technological competence.
