Maintenance Manager
The role:
This position is responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery in the site. Using computerised systems, you'll oversee routine maintenance and organise repairs. You'll also be involved with control and monitoring devices and occasionally in the manufacture of items that will help in maintenance.
The role is vital to the efficiency, development and progress of our manufacturing process. Working with other professionals, you'll improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

Your responsibilities:
Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults;
Diagnose breakdown problems;
Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly;
Carry out quality inspections on jobs;
Control maintenance tools and equipment;
Monitor and control maintenance costs;
Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
Requested qualification:
Bachelor University Degree in (Electronics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or Automation) or Production engineering;
Knowledge of the functionality and operational requirements of the technological equipment;
Familiarity with quality systems and methods;
At least 5 years of experience on a similar managerial position;
Proficiency with MS Office;
Very Good knowledge in English language both written and spoken;
Team player with strong motivation for achievement and self-development.
