QUALITY ENGINEER
Main responsibilities:
Maintains and improves Quality Management System according to IATF 16949;
Plans and moderates risk assessment analyses /FMEA/ for manufacturing processes;
Coordinates and monitors effective implementation of assigned measures;
Improves the quality assurance process;
Participates in quality planning activities for new and ongoing projects;
Develop and implement new quality methods and strategies;
Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits of systems and processes;
System analysis and presentation of non-conformities;
Requirements:
University degree in relevant field;
Good knowledge of and experience with quality management methods and cause-effect analysis, e.g. FMEA, Six Sigma, Ishikawa;
Previous experience in quality planning/management or equivalent - minimum 3 years;
Knowledge and experience with problem solving techniques;
Fluent English – both written and spoken;
Fluency in German is an advantage;
Very good coordination and communication skills;
Very good computer skills /MS Office, SAP/;
