SHIFT LEADER
Main responsibilities:
Supervises the workflow of employees on his shift;
Monitor the movement of materials;
Organizes processes in production - optimization, control and preparation of reports;
Participates in performing inventories in the warehouse;
Allocate and control the work of workers and operators in his shift;
Monitoring the proper organization and performance of work duties;
Carry out the necessary coordination between the different units;
Complies with all legal requirements in the production process;
Requirements:
Experience in a similar position required;
Management experience required;
Experience in a manufacturing plant will be considered an advantage;
Excellent leadership and organizational skills;
Excellent computer literacy;
Initiative, responsibility, honesty and organization;
Working level of English;
