When you join our team, you will:
Manage Lufthansa Technik Base Maintenance Central Planning.
Oversee the flow of information related to Quotation Engineering, Planning Engineering, and Project Preparation.
Support all digital initiatives and lead those within your area of responsibility.
Contribute to the preparation and negotiation of contracts.
Assess new customer requirements and develop optimal solutions.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Manage the allocated budget effectively.
Ensure detailed evaluation of work packages and the preparation of aircraft maintenance inputs by Planning Engineers.
Implement internal and customer-specific requirements into planning activities.

Conduct analyses related to various aspects of aircraft and/or organizational performance and take appropriate actions.
You match our need, if you have:
Excellent understanding of the creation and control of maintenance programs and Maintenance Planning Documents
Solid knowledge of statistical methods
Familiarity with modern digital tools and technologies
Proven leadership experience
Strong knowledge of aircraft documentation
High level of computer literacy
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication, public speaking, and training skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain focused and perform effectively under pressure
