We are assisting them in finding a reliable and experienced professional to fill the position of:
Manager Testing and Automation Division
In this role, you will lead a team of experienced engineers, overseeing the modification and validation of technical solutions for automation and testing equipment related to on-site product production. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the execution of new R&D projects.
Essential requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the field of electronics, software, and test practices;
- Relevant professional experience within the manufacturing field;
- Project management and leadership experience;
- University degree in Electronics, (Electrical) Engineering, or a similar specialty;
- Strong understanding of manufacturing test methods and equipment;
- Very good knowledge of English.
The following qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory:
- Familiarity with SQL databases;
- Knowledge of data acquisition board.
