On behalf of one of our key clients, a leading global technology company, we are currently looking for a passionate IT Recruitment Specialist, interested in recruiting for various IT profiles.The position is fully remote!
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Being part of the end-to-end recruitment process;
- Communicating with hiring managers to clarify the needed candidate skillset;
- Headhunting IT profiles by using various channels;
- Screening candidate profiles according to specific profile requirements and conducting interviews;
- Developing effective recruitment strategies to reach identified target candidates and increase candidate pool.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT recruitment;
- Fluency in English;
- Passionate about technology, media and existing in a fast paced international environment;
- Proactivity, strong “can-do” attitude and strong organizational skills;
- Ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met;
- Self-driven, flexible and motivated person with the ability to work under pressure.
