Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of control panels and control units for automotive climate control. The company has offices in Europe, USA and Asia with more than 1500 employees overall. We are currently looking for:
Shift Leader
Main responsibilities:
• Control and coordinate the work of the operators on SMT line according to operating instructions, quality production, disciplinary and safety rules.
• Make continuous checks and visual control of produced PCBs.
• Monitor the flow of materials required for the continuous production process of the line.
• Ensure the implementation and following of TPM rules and principles.
• Provide trainings for the operators and workers when necessary.
• Prepare reports requested by the management.
Required qualifications and skills:
• Professional experience at a similar position in production field (automotive or electronics manufacturing)
• General knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Relevant Technical education.
• Working level of English; German is an advantage.
• People management skills.
• Teamwork skills, good communication skills.
• Available to work on shifts
• Working experience with ASM Siplace equipment is an advantage.
