Coding Specialist with German
Crossmedia link project, Sofia Hub

Key objective of the role:
• Work on classification of research data regarding internet and other media usage;
• Be responsible specifically for classification tasks of German language data;
• Use specialized software tools and platforms for all classification related tasks;
• Ensure the first level of control regarding quality of classified data;
• Work under the supervision of the Hub Taxonomy Lead to ensure correct usage of the classification rules;
• Work in close collaboration with Hub Operations Manager to ensure correct escalation process;
• Support the Hub team operations related to German language data;
• Work close and align with the other local GfK coding teams.

“MUST HAVE” knowledge and experience:
•Minimum of 6 months data management experience ideally in the Market Research industry;
•Very good level of German language, both written and spoken (min. of 1 year work experience with German language, e.g. translation);
•Good level of English language, written and spoken;
•Good knowledge in MS Office;
•Media/Internet knowledge and affinity to new technologies;
•High school or university degree, preferably in information technology and/or statistics/math.

• Responsible and result driven;
• Shows intercultural sensitivity.
