Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager at Comstream you are a key point of contact for our international clients. You ensure that we work according to agreed development processes and that we have understood the business requirements of each project. Functional requirements should be broken down into technical specifications and project plans for the assigned development team. You are managing each project to meet agreed deadlines and our customer's expectations. In addition you will be involved as a technical pre-sales resource and in recruitment activities as our business continues to grow. In this role you are traveling on a recurring basis to our other offices in Bulgaria and to our clients that are based primarily in Scandinavia.

Requirements:

3+ years working experience as a project manager of software development projects alternatively as a business analyst related to software projects or similar
Broad technical knowledge including web and mobile application technologies
Solid previous experience as a software developer
Good knowledge of software development methodologies and agile methodologies like Scrum in particular
Previous experience with Project Management Systems (PMS)
Excellent communication and client management skills
Team leadership and management skills
University level studies
Fluent in spoken and written English
Availability to travel
