For one of our clients, we are currently looking for:

Telesales Agent with Dutch Language for Netherlands Region

Summary of role:

The Telesales Agent will be responsible for telemarketing campaigns with prospective and pre-existing customers, achieving targets agreed by the client. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to build successful campaigns through the creation of excellent relationships, identifying and exploring opportunities for growth and exceeding quality measures. Telesales Agent will be expected to communicate to clients at all levels and adapt quickly to changes in focus. This is an exciting opportunity within the group for a sales or service representative looking to take the next step in their career, by growing their skills in Telesales.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working on a range of outbound telephone campaigns;
• Proactively marketing relevant services to customers within guidelines;
• Promote interest in our solutions;
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone;
• Identifying potential leads.

Skills, knowledge and qualities required:

• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels including internal and external customers;
• The ability to develop successful client relationships;
• Previous telemarketing or telesales experience would be advantageous;
• The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team;
• Be organized, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch (native speaker) and good English language skills - Netherlands Region;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
