Currently we are actively looking for the most motivated candidates to join the team of our client at the position of
2nd Line Technical Support Specialist with German
Requirements:
- German - Excellent
- Previous technical support preferably within a multinational corporate environment is a must
- Experience and deep knowledge in Active Directory, Windows Server, MS Exchange Server
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX
- Previous experience or higher university education in the telecom field
- English language skills both written and spoken
- Available to work on shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide exc
ellent customer service according to the company’s standards and policies
- Handle escalated incidents and lead them to resolution
- Troubleshoot and isolate issues in order to prevent future re-occurrence
- Work closely in a team
