Our client is a global company with more than 160 years of history and a significant number of locations all over the world. Considering their growth on the Bulgarian market, we are looking for an experienced:

Transition Manager


Responsibilities:
• Manage transition activities according to the timeline and budget, including infrastructure and facility readiness, hiring, knowledge transfer, and "go live" readiness.
• Develop and manages project plans and schedules for transition in coordination with the delivery centers, and across all transition work streams.
• Use an already established transition methodology and structure to guide all necessary activities to the company standards.
• Anticipate risks and help establish mitigation plans.
• Provide a detailed overview from passed transitions.
• Help improve and implement transition methodology and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage and escalate any local-impact issues that affect the post-"go live" teams service.
• Contribute to the stabilization process and conduct smooth handover of responsibilities to operations.


Experience and skills:
• Previous experience in working in the area of Finance and accounting processes. Experience as Transition or Project Manager is an advantage.
• Financial and commercial experience and awareness is a must.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-oriented with proven leadership qualities.
• Strong time management and organization skills with ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Ability to complete tasks in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Fluency in English language.
