Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong professional relationships with all clients
• Identify the best solution of customer quarries
• Solve technical issue of customers
• Provide basic trouble shooting
• Handle customer quarries by phone, email or chat

Requirements:

• Fluent Turkish and fluent English
• Interest in computer and technology
• Knowledge about Smart Phone
• Ready to relocate to Athens, Greece
• Customer Service Experience
