We are currently looking for a Support Engineer I with German/French/Italian and English.

Responsibilities:
• Provide software support for Office365 products to corporate clients through phone and online communication.
• Use database and call logging tools to provide answers to customers’ queries.
• Maintain customer satisfaction according to the established systems of measurement.
• Escalate more complicated issues to the respective qualified teams
• Maintain high level of technical knowledge about current and future product releases.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a technical or IT support role.
• Very good command of English and one of the following languages - French, Italian, German.
• Practical experience with one or more Microsoft Operating systems.
• At least basic knowledge of network protocols, messaging, online services, Sharepoint, Exchange, Lync server or other network technologies.
