For our client we are looking for an experienced QA Team Leader

Role description:

Key role in an Agile Project Team, responsible for the overall quality of the products, involved in all the stages of the Product Development:
• Product planning and requirements analysis
• Test strategy definition
• Automation and Manual tests design, implementation, execution and maintenance
• Product maintenance

Tasks:

• Assure that the released products are with excellent quality
• Mentor, direct and assist the team members
• Extend the existing test automation framework
• Define the test strategy, lead and control the execution
• Define automation and manual test cases according to the requirements and participate in their implementation
• Verify fixed defects based on risk assessment of the affected areas

Great to have:

• Previous experience as QA Team Leader or Senior QA Specialist
• Experience in Test Automation Tools
• Experience with test strategy definition and evolution
• Experience in Java programming language
• Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills
