Holiday Inn Sofia, franchise hotel of IHG, operated and owned by Meridian Hotels Bulgaria EOOD is looking for a friendly and professional Host/ess- Restaurant Cashier to join our team.

Location: 111 Alexander Malinov Blvd., Business Park Sofia, Mladost 4,

next to SUBWAY STATION "BUSINESS PARK SOFIA".


The role of the Host/ess-Restaurant Cashier will be:

- Courteously greets and escorts guest to tables and assists in seating, ensuring hotel's standards of service;
- Reassures the guests' satisfaction upon their departure;
- Collects cash from waiters for all sales operations;
- Handles change;
- Processes credit card payments;
- Closes all guest cheques after ensuring that payment has been settled;
- Takes reservations and answers the telephone in an impeccable manner;
- Reports all cash receivables to Financial Department;
- Prepares reports;
- If needed assists in waiting on services in the restaurant.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Exceptional customer service orientation;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong team player;
- Well-organized person;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Reliable, outgoing personality;
- Good communication and computer skills;
- Previous hotel experience will be considered as an advantage;
- Ability to work on shifts, including weekends (early shift - 06:45-15:45, late shift- 15:30-23:30)
