Trade Fair Trips Ltd is a travel agency targeting the business-to-business travel sector with custom solutions for company representatives attending international trade events.

At this stage we are looking to hire a new Reservations Agent for our local office in Varna, Bulgaria.

There we have set a young team which is looking to expand and would be thrilled to have a new, motivated and experienced person to join and contribute to the company’s growth.

If the tourism industry, English and German languages are your passion and you feel excited to learn more and communicate with hotels and suppliers around the Globe this is the perfect job for you!

Our requirements:


- You must be fluent in English with the ability to speak or write without any concerns.

- You must be fluent in German with the ability to speak or write without any concerns.

- Documents proving your language skills- (high school, university, work, certificates)
- Experience in the hotel accommodation field/ hotel reservation systems (over the phone and e-mail) is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Internet
- Enjoy searching through the web and communicating with various hotels over the phone/e-mail.
- Being able to construct a good e-mail fast
- Being polite and patient, ready to handle stressful situations with tact.
- If you lack experience you may substitute by showing great communicative skills, free speech, high motivation and desire to work.
- Sociable, easy to talk to and able to “break the ice” easily on first conversation and make good first impression
- Reliable, ready to get involved and dedicate yourself to the business
- Strict, accurate, well-organized, fast learner, perfectionist, ready to meet targets and deadlines
- Refferals from former employers are always a plus

Your main duties will include:


- Daily communications with hotels over the phone and via Internet/e-mail in English (and in your second language if you have such)
- Offering and promoting our company service to hotels all over the world

- Establishing good relations with hotel chains and suppliers to guarantee long-term relationships
- Meeting targets and deadlines
- Following the advice and requirements set from manager and reporting to manager on a daily basis
