For our client, a fresh and dynamic IT company, we are looking for a smart, experienced and tenacious recruiter for the position of IT Talent Acquisition Specialist.

If you:
• Are experienced in all aspects of corporate recruiting including sourcing, networking, qualifying, screening, assessing, managing relationships with business stakeholders, offer negotiation, awareness of employment market trends.
• Have previous experience in IT recruitment – strong advantage.
• Fell confident using social media tools for sourcing and branding efforts.
• Can understand & interpret complex business needs and business structure.
• Have ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match.
• Are able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels, and with little direction or supervision.
• Have strong negotiation and presentation skills and outstanding attention to details.
• Are flexible and adaptable team player with a “can-do” attitude.
• Have excellent written and verbal English skills.

Your daily work will include:
• To collaborate with all teams within the company being part of the full cycle hiring process from role definition through direct sourcing, assessment and closing.
• Partner with internal/external hiring managers to assess their recruiting needs and anticipate future needs.
• Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Represent company at identified networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.
• Build and execute talent strategies that strengthen our recruiting process and candidate experience.
• Constantly looking for ways to do better and innovative in how the work gets done.
