For our client, a leading international BPO company, we are currently looking for а Customer Care Representative with Portuguese.

You will be employed as an agent to promote a positive corporate image of the client you will be working for, to demonstrate high quality, professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions with the customers. You will handle cases concerning technical, formal and/or administrative issues and complaints.

Your responsibilities will also include:
• Handle interactions from customers via different media (phone, e-mail, letter, fax, SMS, web chat etc.) in order to resolve their issues;
• Provide accurate and polite answers to customer requests and pay respect to customer needs;
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied;
• Report product related feedback to the management;
• Transfer more difficult inquiries to a higher level of support if necessary;
• Proactively propose improvements and feedback in processes and ways of working.

If you are:
• Fluent in Portuguese - both spoken and written;
• Very good level of spoken and written English;
• Familiarity with MS Office applications;
• Good communication skills;
• Customer focus and team work;
• Ability to quickly and accurate understand and solve problems;
• Ready to work in shifts.
