Location: 111 Alexander Malinov Blvd., Business Park Sofia, Mladost 4, next to Subway Station "Business Park Sofia".

Job overview:

The Sales/Marketing Executive provides high quality sales administration services to the Sales Department in order to deliver and maximize revenues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepares the hotel marketing activities such as: Customize website update, Update of profiles in Social Media, Maintain & Update Hotel E-commerce Database, TPI (Third Party Intermediates) Audit, TPW (Third Party Websites) Audit, Search Engines Research, Launch Mail Shots
- Maintaining constant contacts and audits by verifying and inserting data on all on-line hotel business generators;
- Manages functions of C&B sales operations to achieve the optimum departmental revenue targets;
- Prepares offers and contracts. Prepares Function Sheets and distributes them to all the relevant departments;
- Provides administrative support to the Sales Department.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- University graduate or still studying;
- Competence in using IT to manipulate data;
- Relevant work experience required in online Marketing;
- Pro-active approach, and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Good communication and administrative skills;
- Excellent English (written and spoken) is required;
- Ability to be self-motivated, organized and demonstrate good team work;
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
