Location: 111 Alexander Malinov Blvd., Business Park Sofia, Mladost 4, near Subway Station "Business Park Sofia".


Currently we are looking for Sales Coordinator (Maternity Cover contract) to join our team.

Job overview:

The Sales Coordinator provides high quality sales administration services to the Sales Department in order to deliver and maximize revenues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepares Function Sheets and distributes them to all relevant departments;
- Manages functions of C&B sales operations to achieve the optimum departmental revenue targets;
- Maintaining constant contacts and audits by verifying and inserting data on all on-line hotel business generators;
- Provides administrative support to the Sales Department. Prepares offers, contracts as well as Sales/Marketing reports.
- Constantly updates and develops hotel’s e-commerce database;
- Assists in the preparation of the hotel marketing activities.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- University graduate or still studying;
- Opera PMS or Sales/Catering - Strong advantage;
- Competence in using IT to manipulate data;
- Min. 6 months relevant work experience required;
- Pro-active approach, and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Good communication and administrative skills;
- Excellent English (written and spoken) is required;
- Ability to be self-motivated, organized and demonstrate good team work;
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
