For our client, a company in the financial services sector, specializing in trading various financial instruments, we are looking for professional to join their expanding team on the position:Customer Relations Officer
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are right addressed.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Business or Computer Sciences
- Experience in the Forex industry.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Excellent English skills plus other language (Japanese/Spanish/German/French)
- MS Excel – excellent knowledge
