We are looking for a QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM SPECIALIST.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To develop and drive excellence of the quality management activities as maintain and update the quality and environment systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

PCN process management:

Obtains, structures, and prepares data about the introduction of changes to the manufacturing process of the products, including design changes, process changes, components, package, etc;
Establishes and maintains internal and external contacts to provide details and clarifications on the notifications;

Materials expiration follow-up and hazardous substances identification:

Take an active part in the monitoring and clarification of the expiry date of the materials in coordination with the Logistics Dept;
Involved in the hazardous substances management process as prepares IMDS reports/validations, obtains and provides CMRT/EMRT/RoHS/REACH documents;

Quality and environment systems:

Conducts the activities of maintenance and update of the quality and environment management systems;
Participates in the identification and assessment of the environmental aspects;
Assists in other activities related to environment management system;

Internal and external audits:

Manages and coordinates the internal audits process – internal audits plans preparation, follow up of the conducted internal audits, corrective actions undertaken;
Conducts internal audits as a qualified internal auditor;
Organizes and conducts certification and system audits (IATF, ISO-14001);
Participates in control audits (IATF 16949:2016 и ISO-14001:2015 etc.);
Plays a key role in the implementation stage of new standards (ISO 27001; TISAX etc.);

Web documentation system and knowledge sharing:

Supports the company web documentation system functioning as reviews and updates content, publish and archive respective documents;
Conducts internal training;

REQUIREMENTS:

University Degree in Economics – in the area of Logistics or Engineering is an advantage;
Computer literacy – MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint are a must);
Good command of English language – both written and spoken;
Well organized;
Proactive and willing to take initiative;
Willingness to learn and achieve new competence;
Very good communication skills and teamwork;
Innovative and flexible;
