We are actively seeking for a Customer Relations Specialist with Polish and English working on-site from our office, located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, who will play a vital role in delivering support for our client - e-commerce platform that links consumers with numerous partners, manufacturers, and brands, aiming to empower individuals to lead their best lives.

Your day-to-day work will be connected to:
Answer customer queries received via ticket – chat, voice or email;
Resolve complaints, customer feedback on products or product issues, logistics issues;
Provide customers with an excellent experience;
Mark up words and categories according to annotation standards;
Write text descriptions based on audio or text and answer survey questions;
Review user-generated content to ensure the safety and privacy of online platforms;
Flagging breaches of terms of service, such as fraudulent activity, selling illegal goods, and unethical selling or manufacturing practices.

You will align well with our team if you possess:
Fluency in Polish;
Good level of English;
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy;
Effective written communication skills, including grammar and spelling in Polish and English;
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills;
Capability to identify the optimal solution for every situation.
