The Role:

As an Event Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving delegate attendance and revenue by engaging with senior executives and industry leaders. |
You’ll be responsible for inviting these professionals to attend high-profile events organized under one of the powerhouse brands in the ITO. Your mission is to effectively communicate the value of their events, turning prospects into confirmed attendees who will benefit from unparalleled networking and industry insights. Easy- peasy!


Key Responsibilities:

· Hit and exceed sales targets through proactive phone outreach;

· Master the details of our events to clearly communicate their benefits;

· Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential leads;

· Collaborate closely with the marketing team to fine-tune sales strategies.


What We’re Looking For:

· Native or fluent speaker of Spanish or Portuguese;

· Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level);

· Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in event sales;

· Confident in cold calling and closing deals;

· Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
