Portuguese and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Helping customers quickly and friendly via messages or calls;
* Offering personalized solutions and attentive support;
* Guiding customers through processes to make sure they have a great experience;
* Keeping an eye on common issues and tell the team about them;
* Working with your teammates to keep things positive.

Requirements:
* Great command of Danish, Finnish, Hebrew, Norwegian or Portuguese and solid English;
* Driven team player who's ready to pitch in;
* Friendly and customer-focused, always aiming for top-notch service;
* Great communication skills and a sunny attitude;
* Bonus if you know your way around different computer systems.
