For one of our clients – a rising star in the customer experience management field. We are
on a lookout for customer-oriented, friendly and motivated people for the role of Customer Support with German and English - PTE & 6h shifts available (FULLY REMOTE).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support via inbound calls and messages;
* Resolve customer inquiries and issues;
* Share information on administrative and technical requests;
* Update and make changes in the system;
* Forward technical issues or requests to relevant departments.

Requirements:
* Proficient in German (C1+) and basic English (B1);
* Ability to attend initial training in Sofia (accommodation bonus may apply);
* Self-motivated with strong customer service mindset;
* Excellent organizational and communication skills;
* Good knowledge of MS Office and willingness to work in shifts.
