We are supporting them in recruiting an experienced professional to join their team as an:


AGILE COACH


Responsibilities for this position will include mentoring the participants in the digital transformation on effective behaviors, techniques, and tools, with a focus on implementing an Agile mindset within the company. The role will involve the training of the company's teams - including Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, PO, and PMs on Agile principles, assisting in the development of long-term internal training programs, supporting management in adapting to Agile methodology, and analyzing current processes to offer effective improvement recommendations.

Essential requirements for the role:

- 5+ years of professional experience as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master of large-scale teams in fintech companies or financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, etc.);
- Experience with complete Agile transformation;
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile values and principles, as well as other flexible methodologies like LEAN;
- Experience with SAFe or other methodologies related to scaling Agile at an organizational level;
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, along with the capability to build trust and effectively influence teams, including those at the highest management levels;
- Strong training and facilitation skills;
- Excellent command of English.

*Certification as an Agile Practitioner, such as PMI or PRINCE2, is an advantage but it's not mandatory.
