We are looking for a Consulting Department Manager.

Responsibility:

• Actively manage various engagements – valuation, business modeling, due diligence, M&A and other consulting services;
• Work closely and supervise the work of more junior team members;
• Contribute to the development of the more junior team members;
• Communicate with clients;
• Prepare engagement letters, proposals, other marketing documents etc. to the clients;
• Contribute to business development activities and build business relationships both internally and externally;
• Contribute to the organization and running of internal trainings;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting;
• Minimum 6 years previous relevant experience preferably in a Big 4 company;
• In-depth knowledge of valuation standards and valuation best practices;
• ACCA/CFA/CIMA membership would be considered an advantage;
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills;
• Strong report writing skills;
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines with commitment to high quality and accuracy;
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English language;
• Excellent computer and technical skills - MS Office;
