Location: 111 Alexander Malinov Blvd., Business Park Sofia, Mladost 4,

next to SUBWAY STATION "BUSINESS PARK SOFIA".

Currently we are looking for Accounts Payable (Maternity Cover contract) to join our team.

The role of Accounts Payable (Maternity Cover contract) will be to process all incoming invoices in an effective and timely manner in accordance with hotel policy. Furthermore key responsibilities will relate to:

- Prepare invoices for approval and attach all supporting documentation to each invoice and present to Managing Director for signature.
- Reconcile supplier statements with hotel records on a monthly basis. Follow up all discrepancies.
- Balance account payable to the General Ledger daily.
- Match invoices and delivery documents with corresponding purchase order.
- Ensure that all invoices are authorised by Department Heads and Head Office prior to being processed through the system.
- Handle all accounts payable queries.
- Ensure compliance with legislated heath and safety requirements within the workplace.
- Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally, you will have Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, good English language skills and excellent computer skills. You are organized and responsible person, possessing attention to detail and passion for excellence. Experience on a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
