eSky Group is one of the largest Online Travel Agency in Central and Eastern Europe and the leader of sale of travel services on the Polish market. We operate in 27 countries, both in Europe and South America, offering easy online reservation tools in the area of airline tickets, hotels, tours and travel insurance. Currently, we hire around 500 experts and enthusiasts of travelling, most of whom are people of business and IT fields.

For our eSky Company currently we are looking for a Travel Consultant. This role means helping eSky customers choose the perfect services for their travel in a simpler and more efficient way, having the opportunity to enhance your knowledge of foreign languages.

Join our Contact Center team and support our Sofia office in our daily work as:

Travel Consultant
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria


Key responsibilities:
● Handling incoming calls concerning travels- airline tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurances, car rentals on Hungarian market
● Providing effective customer service, in line with established company standards
● Presenting professional company image while dealing with clients
● Selling the above-named products with the usage of internal procedures and techniques

Requirements:
● Fluent in both verbal and written Hungarian
● Proactive attitude oriented towards high quality of customer service
● High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team
● Communicative level of English


Bonus points:
● Experience in customer service and/or sales
● Knowledge of tourism market based on passion and experience in travelling ☺
