WHO WE ARE:Sense Hotel, a member of Design Hotels is located in the very heart of downtown Sofia. The hotel is built and designed to become the city’s exquisite hip, luxury boutique hotel in terms of product and services. The 71-room Sense Hotel features 2 conference rooms, a lobby bar, a roof top bar with magnificent and breath-taking view, an al-a-carte restaurant with garden, a SPA center and an underground parking.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BELLBOY to be responsible to welcoming and assist with the luggage of our guests in a friendly and caring manner according to the Sense Hotel Sofia procedures and standards. At all time, he displays a professional and positive image of the hotel as he plays a crucial role in the first and last impression the guest will have of the hotel
We don’t have a second chance to create a first impression! That’s why
YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO:
- Assisting guest with their luggage
- Courteously greeting and providing guests with high quality service
- Escorting guests to their hotel rooms
- Parking guest’s cars
- Assisting guest with their needs; providing city information, attactions' information, etc.
- Explaining to guest about the hotel's outlets, showing them how to use hotel facilities, room features such as TV, Radio, AC
