Our Client is a Global leader in professional solutions for IT Engineering and Life Sciences. Due to the expansion of their team and activities in Bulgaria we are looking for a professional on the role of:

RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Scope of the role:
Leading a team of talent recruiters and defing a high-level strategic vision
Working closely with the management team to establish hiring goals
Collaborate and Report directly to: HR & Legal Director
Key Role Responsibilities:
Establish effective candidate’s recruitment strategy
Design the Employer Value Proposition and cooperate with the Marketing team
Establish partnerships with external partners, vendors, recruitment agencies, etc.
Develop productive cooperation with schools and universities
Design and implement company’s Internship Program
Manage the recruiting software and accuracy of the candidate data base
Supervise and manage Recruitment Team Leaders team and their daily operations;
Set goals of the team, monitor performance, and report results;
Requirements
Proven work experience as a recruiting manager/ consultant, 3+ years leading a team of recruiters
Relevant educational background
Experience with the recruitment processes, candidate selection methods and sourcing channels in IT Outsourcing and Managed services area
Experience working with tools/ resume databases, internet sourcing tools, spreadsheets/
Skilled at partnering with hiring teams and ability to manage customer/partner expectations
Workforce planning experience
Fluent English – verbal and written
