Due to DIGITALL continuous growth, we are currently looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join their team in Plovidv as a

Technical Support Representative with German and English

THIS IS YOUR JOB:
Working with a ticketing system
Working on solving technical issues
Supporting and troubleshooting mobile phones and Tablets
Report customer feedback and potential product requests
Remote maintenance and troubleshooting to Printers & Scanners support, Microsoft Office products
Managing active directory
Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3+ years of related technical experience for the particular technology
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
Understanding and following of the ITIL processes and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Expertise in one or more of the following technologies: Windows Server/Desktop, Unix/Linux, Storage and Backup, Security, Messaging, Unified Communication (MS Teams, Skype for Business, CUCM), Office365, Networking, Application Support
