For a client of ours in the hotel industry, we are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for creating an excellent guest experience.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Sustain excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Continuously improve the services
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report to the management sales results and productivity

Requirements:
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management (or related field) is a plus
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management softwares, etc.)
- Very good use of English; second language is a plus


- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Creative thinking and up-to-date knowledge of F&B trends and practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
