Hotel Director (4*/ 5*)
Main responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, manages and coordinates the work of departments;
Establishes and maintains working relationships with the heads of individual units;
Ensures the highest degree of guest satisfaction, resolves problems in accordance with established standards;
Analyzes the set goals against the achieved results and prepares recommendations for the implementation of the plan;
Proposes operational changes to achieve a high level of efficiency of the services provided;
Participates in the selection, motivation and development of staff.

Basic requirements:
Higher education in the field of hotel and tourism;
Manager's experience in 4 * hotels;
Excellent command of English or German;
Computer literacy; experience with Fidelio software is an advantage;
Leadership, organizational and communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure and adaptability;
Loyalty.
