The Position:

As the Front Office Manager of one of our holiday complexes you will assist in the smooth operation and effective management of the holiday complex, achieving the highest possible satisfaction of guests and owners.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused service professional who takes initiative and ownership to deliver results beyond expectations.

What You´ll do:

• Manage front of house operations to create an above & beyond customer experience
• During the active season, recruit, manage and train the reception team to serve hotel guests and owners 24 hours
• Implement standards of service and procedures in line with company requirements
• Develop professional, service-based relationships with guests, owners, and vendors
• Serve as first point of contact to find solutions for owners’ requests, issues, and concerns
• Assist with complaints and maintenance requests
• Office duties include frequent communication with apartment owners via email, phone, in person, keeping up-to-date record of contacts
• Identify areas of concern on the property or in services as learned from guests and owners, and report to the management as needed
• Collect management fees and utility bills, follow up on delayed payments
• Promote hotel services to guests and owners
• Monitor conduct of residents to ensure compliance with house rules and regulations
• Liaise with the Housekeeping Manager and the Maintenance Manager to ensure high level of cleanliness and state of repair throughout the holiday complex

About You:

• At least +2 years’ experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager
• Strong business sense and hotel industry expertise
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Decisive and quick to act
• Be proactive and work autonomously
• Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable in using a computer for various tasks
• Committed to continuous self-development and learning
• Fluent in English and Russian, additional language skills are an advantage
• Must be willing to work some weekends
• Previous knowledge of Opera PMS or Clock PMS is welcome
