What you will be doing:

• Providing a friendly, welcoming and fun atmosphere for your guests
• Working to the highest standard to provide the best possible care for young children and infants in a nursery setting
• Adhering to strict ratios as set by the company’s policies
• Delivering fun, safe and structured nursery sessions for children aged 17 weeks-40 months
• Working as a team to ensure the nursery rooms are clean, inviting, stimulating and fun amongst other nursery duties (nappy changes, feeding, activities, following routines etc.)
• Ensuring all children’s meal services are set-up, served and delivered to an excellent standard in a fun and friendly way
• Adhering to Health & Safety incl. COSHH legislation and Food Hygiene best practises
• Attending the weekly team meeting to ensure you are fully briefed on the following week’s arrivals and any other important information including allergies and dietary requirements
• Liaising with parents regarding their child’s holiday spanning all elements of attendance
• Delivering the highest standards of safety and supervision in our evening listening services
• Preparing a structured activity plan for both indoor/outdoor activities & outings for snow play
• Completing all daily/weekly childcare paperwork correctly
• Attending the weekly show/medal ceremony to deliver certificates and nursery made souvenir art packages
• Assisting within the Snow Club and working with older children (as/when required)

What type of person are we looking for:

• Experience in working in the childcare industry to include nursery setup, session delivery, safety awareness & cleaning
• Minimum Level 2 (Nursery Assistant) or Level 3 (Nanny) in Early Years studies or similar
• Customer service experience; showing dedication to offer our guests the most amazing holiday experience
• Enthusiastic, lively, sociable, friendly and a team player
• Previous seasonal experience (desirable)
• Flexible and adaptable approach to roles, responsibilities and working hours

Requirements:

• must be EU resident
• be fully vaccinated
• speak English and be over 18

Package:

• Salary: the starting salary is €1500 a month. In addition accommodation and food is included
• A travel allowance is available to get to destination
• Training will be in resort
• Locations – Europe wide, but mainly in France, Italy and Austria

Length of contract 2-4 months
