management field. We are on a search for motivated, friendly and customer-focused
individuals for the role of Travel Care Specialist with Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, Polish and English

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers in a professional and pleasant manner;
* Listening to customers’ questions and issues and showing and taking an active interest;
* Providing answers and solutions in a reasonable time frame;
* Assisting others and acting as a part of the team;
* Improving your skills and improving your performance.

Requirements:
* Very good knowledge of Travel Care Specialist with Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, Polish and English;
* PC literate with good problem-solving skills;
* Bright, open with impressive communication skills;
* Self-motivated, eager to learn and improve;
* Customer-focused and results-oriented, driven to do a good job.
