Business Operations Executive

Your main role will be to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth execution of the company’s business strategy.

Main responsibilities:

• Acting as a point of communication between the parent and the subsidiary company;
• Managing and processing the information flow and business correspondence;
• Supporting the work of the marketing, PR and sales departments;
• Preparing and handling various relevant documentation and reports for the needs of the management;
• Coordinating daily administration tasks.

Key requirements:

• Fluent in French and good command of English;
• Strong understanding if business processes;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
