In partnership with our client, a leading production company in the AUTOMOTIVE industry, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated professional to step in the position of:

ENGINEERING MANAGER / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT /

The role:

- Leading new products design and development;
- Responsible for the support and successful achievement of the targets, objectives and KPIs;
- Responsible for the cost, quality and timing of development and for the effective usage of the engineering resources;
- Responsible for guiding, motivating and developing the team.

What you need:

- Over 5 years of similar experience – filter production would be an advantage;
- Experience managing a team;
- Familiar with TS 16949 and ISO design procedures
- Skilled with AutoCAD 2D & 3D inventor or similar 3D CAD
- Good Command of English;
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
