Currently for one of our client's team, we are looking for Senior IT Consultant - Insurance.

Responsibilities:
Provide consulting to insurance companies in project scope and objectives definition for insurance tool implementation projects
Lead business requirements definition with the client
Participate in the description and analysis of Business Requirements, Processes Design, UX and UI
Perform gap analysis and identify how the client requirements can be implemented in the tool
Communicate project objectives and requirements to developers and ensure they are well-understood
Support project implementation in providing further recommendations and business inputs to the team while coordinating with the client
Participate in internal testing and UAT

Requirements:
Experience in projects in insurance companies (6+ years)
Experience in business analyst or consulting role in IT implementation projects (3+ years)
Strong knowledge and experience in insurance, and especially in Health insurance process
Experience with Insis software
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to lead workshops for business requirements definition
Expertise to write exhaustive user stories, functional and non-functional requirements
Expertise in translation end user requests into specifications for development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Excellent written English
