First Estates is a newly formed property fund aiming to invest in Sofia.
We are currently looking to hire a Real Estate Consultant.
We intend to purchase residential real estate in the best areas of Sofia with a view to refurbish the properties before selling them on.
Our international team of professionals come from the real estate industry and have experience in Bulgaria and abroad.

Targets:

Business development
Monitoring changes and analyzing real estate market trends and development
Searches and explores new channels
Establishes and maintains contacts with owners
Finding suitable properties to purchase for the company
Be active throughout the process from prospecting (Outdoors & via telephone) till the final purchase of the property
Reporting to purchasing manager

You:

have a university degree in Economics, Business Administration or related area
are exceptionally communicative, social person and have rich information of personal contacts
know the nature of the industry and have a clear vision on how to contribute to the overall growth of the company
like working outdoors with new people, because this is mainly an outdoor job
are pro-active, tenacious & enthusiastic
have a strong resistance to stressful environments
have excellent command of English and/or French
PC and legal literate
initiative and eager to achieve high results
responsible
proactive, self-driven
have a car (advantage)
