Candidate:Web Development and Technology Company, is in
search of an outstanding Graphic & User Experience Designer with AT LEAST 3
years of experience. The right individual will be responsible for researching,
designing, prototyping new user experiences, as well as have input in defining
requirements based on user and client’s needs. Deliverables include sitemaps,
wireframes, design mockups, prototypes of visual assets, and documentation
required for proper implementation. The candidate must flourish in a
fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline driven environment. Candidates should
possess exceptional visual and user interface design skills, as well as
knowledge of user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Create Sitemaps and Wireframes;
- Deliver captivating designs that meet
business, project, and design goals;
- Create clean, innovative, and elegant design
solutions for complex products;
- Work closely with managers to lead the
strategic vision of projects;
- Collaborate with people throughout the company
for user experience planning and development;
- Knowledge of UX processes and ability to
communicate ideas effectively;
- Execute effective visual design principles;
- Work with management to coordinate project
scheduling to ensure solutions are delivered on time;
- Stay up-to-date with the current state of
design and the industry.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 3+ yrs Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;
• 3+ years experience creating user interfaces;
• Previous experience as a User Experience
Designer working on complex, large scale websites in one of the following
areas;
• Experience crating creative collateral for
Social Media, Infographics, etc.;
• A portfolio of work demonstrating experience
leading or managing the design of complex systems across multiple platforms
including mobile and touch based interfaces;
• Desire to produce the best digital designs in
the industry;
• Full understanding of how to apply the
methodologies of interaction design and research to business problems.
